The Senior Construction/Installation Engineer is responsible for planning and overseeing the construction, load-out, and offshore installation of topsides, bridges, and structural facilities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess at least 15-18 years of experience in offshore construction within the oil and gas industry. Proven expertise in heavy lift operations, marine transportation, and offshore hook-up activities is essential.

Job Title: Sr. Construction/Installation Engineer - (Structure - Topsides & Bridges)
KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office/ Fabrication Yard Office in Abu Dhabi for some time and then will later move to Offshore Site on 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off rotation.
The Senior Construction/Installation Engineer - Structures (Topsides & Bridges) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction, load-out, transportation, offshore installation, hook-up, and commissioning support activities for Offshore Topsides, Interconnecting Bridges, and associated structural facilities.
The role ensures that all offshore construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, client requirements, and industry standards. The incumbent will provide technical leadership, interface management, and construction engineering support throughout all phases of project execution.
