Candidates must have 5-10 years of experience in government facilities, logistics, or proposal development, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimating methodologies. A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or engineering is required, along with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Highly skilled Facilities Estimating SME / BOE Developer to support proposal development, staffing analysis, cost estimating, and technical solution development for government facilities and base operations programs. The successful candidate will develop compliant, defensible Basis of Estimate (BOE) packages by integrating labor staffing models, operational requirements, technical assumptions, and non-labor resource requirements provided by cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires expertise in facilities operations, workforce planning, proposal development, and cost estimating, along with the ability to perform detailed bottoms-up estimating when required to validate assumptions or develop independent cost estimates.
