You are a strategic thinker passionate about delivering platform enhancements that improve corporate reporting and decision-making. You have found the right team.
As a Product Owner and Program Manager within our Corporate Reporting Platforms team, you will spend each day leading initiatives that enhance platform functionality and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle—partnering with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, define business and operational requirements, oversee solution build, manage user testing, coordinate implementation, and provide clear, comprehensive updates to senior management.

Partner with sub-working groups to develop key project deliverables (e.g., data analysis to inform operating/organizational decisions, process flows, RACI models, and communications).
Help identify, track, and drive remediation of key program risks and issues through to closure.
Partner with operational leadership, functional SMEs, and key stakeholders to design and implement the global operating model for Operations (roles/responsibilities, location strategy, control framework).
Develop end-to-end change management plans to transition from current state to the target operating model.
Maintain project plans, milestones, metrics, and risk/issue logs; prepare and periodically present status updates and reports to the broader organization and senior management.
Provide project management and business analysis support for adjacent initiatives as needed (e.g., product onboarding).
Manage stakeholder communications and senior management reporting via scorecards and regular updates.
Provide business and data analysis support for large, cross–line of business initiatives: capture and document requirements and key decisions, manage timelines, track dependencies, and drive action items to completion.
