Be a part of innovating, launching, and scaling the first-of-its-kind co-branched product for the Consumer Bank
As a Product Delivery Director within the Stanton Program leadership team, you will lead the execution of a large-scale, cross-functional program delivered in partnership with a strategic third-party provider. You will oversee delivery planning, dependency management, release readiness, and operationalization activities across business, product, technology, operations, and control functions.
As a senior leader, you will drive execution excellence across multiple teams, maintain visibility into delivery risks and dependencies, and ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and control requirements. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and external stakeholders to deliver customer and business outcomes at scale. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence complex organizations in a highly regulated environment.
Job Responsibilities
Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Coaches and mentors, the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
Partner with Product leadership to translate strategic priorities and roadmaps into actionable delivery plans that balance scope, resources, timelines, and business outcomes
Oversee third-party delivery engagement, ensuring alignment on integration activities, delivery commitments, operational readiness, and issue resolution
Drive change management and operational readiness activities across business, technology, operations, and support teams to enable successful product adoption and servicing
Ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements through active partnership with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, and Audit stakeholders
Maintain visibility into resource allocation, budget performance, vendor expenditures, and program financials to support delivery objectives and business priorities
Monitor product delivery performance metrics and execution outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve operating efficiency, delivery effectiveness, and customer experience
Lead and develop a team of product delivery professionals while providing matrix leadership across multiple workstreams to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
Proven ability to build and manage integrated delivery plans, track execution performance, and drive successful outcomes in complex environments
Experience managing program budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and operational performance metrics
Strong understanding of risk management, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements within a highly regulated industry
Exceptional leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across senior leaders
5+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience launching and scaling third-party integrated financial products utilizing APIs, data integrations, and shared operating models
Knowledge of product development lifecycle methodologies, Agile delivery practices, and modern technology delivery frameworks
Proven track record of leading high-profile product delivery initiatives with measurable business, customer, and operational outcomes
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs within consumer banking
Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase products, systems, processes, and organizational structure
Recognized thought leader within a related field
