Develop comprehensive capital cost estimates for transit infrastructure projects from conceptual planning to final construction. Support the review of contractor estimates, claims, and change orders while establishing programmatic estimating policies.
Requires over 15 years of estimating experience, with at least 10 years specifically in large-scale transit projects exceeding $1B. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and proficiency in cost management software are preferred.
