Provide technical accounting expertise under IFRS and US GAAP to support financial reporting judgements and the external audit process. Assess and implement accounting and process changes resulting from a recent take-private transaction.
Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant practical experience in IFRS and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while US GAAP and SAP knowledge are preferred.
