What You Will Do: IRONSCALES is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, Account Executive who is on a mission to exceed sales goals and experience great success with uncapped potential. This position requires an autonomous, upbeat team player with a proven track record of executing, successfully scaling up, and building pipeline. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, fast paced growth environment. Using Salesforce as the source of all truth, the candidate will deliver on revenue targets while building the foundations of long-term partnerships with regional channel partners.

Core Responsibilities include:

·      Generate and continue to enhance a pipeline of sales opportunities to reach quarterly and annual budgets resulting in your uncapped earnings.

·      Manage all inbound leads in an orderly and timely manner to convert into qualified opportunities.

·      Identify, target, qualify, and engage with organizations across all industries through outbound sales calls while enjoying the thrill of the hunt.

·      Manage every step of the sales process within SFDC while reinforcing the efficacy of our solution and its differentiation from other providers.

·      Work with all company resources to prepare, present, and deliver best in class service and execution.

·      Provide market feedback and recommendations to engineering and product teams.

Requirements

What We Need from You:

·      3-5 years of SaaS sales and business development experience, cyber security is a huge plus.

·      Experience with threat intelligence, incident response, SOC environments, and security awareness for users preferred

·      Excellent communication and ability to present value proposition to every level of leadership.

·      Proven experience working with various Sales Methodologies – Challenger, MEDDPICC, MEDDIC

·      Experience cultivating and managing relationships with Channel partners

·      Strong SFDC and LinkedIn skills

·      Proven contributor with verification of consistent quota attainment

·      Entrepreneurial or start-up, early-stage growth company experience
