The Digitalizer is responsible for operating and maintaining scanning equipment while classifying and organizing physical documents for digital transformation. They must also manage specialized software, ensure production quality, and handle the physical movement of documentary materials.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in document digitization, image capture, and classification. A high school diploma or technical education is required, with a preference for students in technical or technological systems programs.

En este rol, serás una pieza fundamental en la transformación y preservación digital de la información, apoyando proyectos de gran impacto institucional. Tu precisión en la captura, ordenación y escaneo de documentos asegurará que la información crítica esté siempre protegida, accesible y manejada bajo los más altos estándares de calidad.
Responsabilidades:
Realizar la operación y mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de digitalización y escáneres asignados.
Clasificar, revisar y organizar la información y los documentos físicos previos a su procesamiento digital.
Manejar el software especializado de digitalización y diligenciar los formatos de control de producción diaria.
Identificar y reportar oportunamente los productos no conformes en la línea de captura de datos e imágenes.
Realizar el traslado y movilización de cajas, bolsas y material documental en las distintas etapas de la operación.
Requisitos:
6+ meses de experiencia en captura, digitalización de imágenes, clasificación y procesamiento de documentos.
Conocimientos prácticos en manejo de escáneres, software de digitalización y revisión detallada de documentos.
Bachillerato académico o formación técnica; deseable estudiantes de carreras técnicas o tecnológicas en sistemas.
Atención al detalle, habilidad para el trabajo en equipo y compromiso con el cuidado de los equipos asignados.
Nuestra oferta:
Salario mensual de $1.775.605 COP.
Auxilio de transporte.
Horario de Lunes a Viernes 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
Ubicación presencial en Calle 13 # 35 - 25, Bogotá.
Contrato a término fijo por 3 meses con posibilidad de prórroga.
