Iron Mountain está em busca de um(a) motivador(a) Municiador(a) para se juntar à nossa equipe de Operações de Armazenagem. Nesta função, você será o(a) responsável por garantir o armazenamento, a movimentação e o abastecimento seguro e eficiente de materiais e suprimentos para as operações internas.
Realizar a separação e o abastecimento de caixas e materiais nas áreas de trabalho, mantendo o fluxo contínuo e a produtividade da operação.
Colaborar ativamente com as equipes de logística e produção para coordenar a chegada e saída de materiais, assegurando a precisão do estoque.
Garantir o cumprimento de todas as normas de segurança do trabalho e as políticas internas da Iron Mountain na movimentação e no manuseio de cargas.
Experiência comprovada em atividades de armazenagem, separação de pedidos (picking) e abastecimento de linha de produção.
Conhecimento sólido em práticas de inventário e organização de estoque (utilização de coletores de dados e sistemas de gestão, se aplicável).
Habilidade comprovada em trabalhar em equipe, seguir procedimentos operacionais padrão (POP) e manter a atenção aos detalhes.
Ensino fundamental completo (desejável Ensino Médio completo).
Carga horária de 44 horas semanais
