Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new private equity fund clients into the shared services environment. The position involves leading client transitions, data migrations, system implementations, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The successful candidate will work closely with country clusters, operations teams, and clients to understand requirements, configure fund structures, oversee migration activities, and ensure successful go-live delivery. This role requires strong fund accounting knowledge, project management capabilities, and expertise in private equity operations and accounting systems such as Investran.
What You'll Do
You'll lead end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and transition projects for new private equity fund clients into the shared services environment.
You'll manage data migration activities, including extracting, transforming, validating, and loading fund accounting data into Investran.
You'll configure fund structures, investor records, fee calculations, reporting templates, and perform testing to meet client requirements.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, country clusters, and clients to ensure smooth project execution, risk management, and successful go-live delivery.
You'll drive process improvements, maintain onboarding governance, ensure compliance requirements are met, and provide regular project status reporting.

Qualifications
You have a Master's degree in Accounting and at least 2+ years of experience in capital markets, client onboarding, fund accounting, or data migration projects.
You have end-to-end Private Equity Fund Administration experience, preferably with closed-ended fund structures and investor-level transactions.
You have hands-on experience with accounting and fund administration platforms such as Investran and strong knowledge of fund accounting principles.
You have experience managing data migrations, client implementations, KYC/AML processes, and stakeholder communication across multiple regions.
You have excellent communication, organizational, project management, and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
