Act as a trusted point of contact for debtor clients to resolve disputes and propose amicable payment solutions. Manage multichannel requests, conduct solvency studies to negotiate payment plans, and ensure rigorous file follow-up according to company ethics.
Requires professional experience in customer relations specifically within financial mediation and strong negotiation skills. Candidates must be proficient in digital tools and multichannel customer service techniques with a clear and argumentative communication style.

Nous recherchons un.e chargé de médiation financière avec du talent et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique.
Accompagné.e par Donia, Team Manager, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
-Acteur de confiance pour accompagner les clients débiteurs, proposer des solutions amiables et résoudre les litiges.
-Prendre en charge et traiter les demandes des clients débiteurs par téléphone, mails et multicanaux.
-Négocier des plans de paiement, des échéanciers, en menant des études de solvabilité.
-Traiter les factures et effectuer des relances préventives.
-Procéder aux encaissements et à la mise en place de solutions de paiement adaptées.
-Assurer le suivi des dossiers dans le respect de la déontologie, des processus et consignes de l'entreprise.

Ce que vous apporterez :
-Un discours clair, professionnel et argumenté pour faciliter la médiation.
-Votre expérience en relation client, dans le domaine de la médiation financière.
-Le sens de la négociation et goût du challenge.
-Votre polyvalence, votre autonomie et votre écoute active.
-Des connaissances en techniques de relation client multicanal.
-Votre aisance avec l’univers digital et les outils informatiques.
Nous vous proposons :
-Travail du lundi au vendredi au Parc Technologique à Saint Priest
-Rémunération fixe mensuelle brute entre 1900 et 2100 euros
-Horaires variables (amplitude : 8h45-19h roulements avec l'équipe)
-Choix du contrat : 35h ou 37h + 1 RTT par mois
-Mutuelle et prévoyance
-Titres restaurants de 10€ (dont 60% pris en charge par l’employeur)
-CSE (chèques cadeau, tarifs préférentiels vacances,…)
-Parking gratuit et accessibilité en transport en commun
-Remboursement de la moitié de l’abonnement de transport en commun
