The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and profit for two hotel properties by securing new business across various segments including corporate, group, and leisure. This includes negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hotel sales manager experience and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in PMS systems, Microsoft Office, and experience with Hilton brands or Delphi is considered an asset.

As Dual Sales Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead sales efforts across two unique hotels, build strong community partnerships, and create memorable guest experiences while working alongside passionate hospitality teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong growth potential.
The Dual Sales Manager is responsible achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by securing new business by negotiating Local accounts, Group business, Athletic, SMERF, Government, Union, Tour and Leisure opportunities and coordinating the execution of the business with other departments. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to secure meeting space contracts inclusive of food & beverage. Must also be involved in maximizing department operations to meet or exceed our annual budget expectations.
