Our Global Labor & Employment Law team is looking for a Polish-qualified employment lawyer to take on a senior regional role supporting Poland and Europe West. This role will be based in Wroclaw, Poland, and will serve as the lead employment legal advisor for Poland and assigned Europe West countries.
You will join the Global Labor & Employment Law unit within Nokia’s Legal, Compliance and Sustainability organization. We work collaboratively to provide strategic labor and employment law counsel and practical support to HR professionals and business leaders worldwide.
This is a high-impact role with responsibility for advising on complex employment law matters, managing legal risk, and supporting business priorities across a multinational environment. The role offers the opportunity to partner closely with HR, business leaders, Legal & Compliance colleagues, and employee relations stakeholders on both local and multinational matters.
