The Strategic Project Manager will design and own the performance management framework across three darkstore businesses, including setting KPIs and negotiating targets with partner CEOs. They are responsible for building reliable reporting infrastructure and translating performance data into actionable narratives for the VP of Groceries.
Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in performance management, business operations, or management consulting, with a strong grasp of unit economics. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance is required, and an MBA is considered a plus.
