The Critical Facility Manager ensures the peak efficiency and 100% uptime of electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within a data center. This includes managing preventative maintenance, supervising onsite engineers and vendors, and maintaining operational documentation.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in data center critical equipment operations and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must possess deep technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and control systems used in hyperscale environments.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Critical Facility Manager to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.
The Critical Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center operate at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues.
The Critical Facility Manager serves as an expert technical resource reporting to the Regional Director and interacting with onsite Critical Facility Engineers (CFEs) and any third-party vendors. They are expected to be a singular focal point for all facility operations within a given data center.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | Normal Business Hours

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The base salary range for this role reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location.
