Day Porter:
The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant, and emptying trash cans or recycling bins.
The Day Porter also notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operations. This position establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers. This custodial position must comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The base pay range for this role is $25.00 per hour. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
