In this role you will support the implementation and embedment of Group Risk initiatives aligned to the Group Risk Strategy and Plan. As a change and communication subject matter expert, you will achieve this through supporting the effective execution of Risk Operations and working with Risk subject matter experts
This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
Work with Risk subject matter experts to design and deliver clear risk communications and pragmatic change interventions to embed Group Risk initiatives across the business.
Coordinate and package communications and change activity to optimise how divisions receive, understand and embed Group Risk changes clear and timely actions and messages.
Maintain and evolve Group Risk information and enablement assets, including the Risk Intelligence hub, playbooks, tools, templates and engagement materials.
Enable and support self-service change delivery by educating Group Risk teams and providing change management and communications guidance, quality assurance and advice.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement, contributing to the Group Risk Delivery Plan and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
Support Risk Operations’ planning, change and communications activities.
What You'll Bring
5+ years communications and change management experience for programs/projects across technology, business transformation or cultural change
Project management and implementation experience (desirable)
Demonstrated experience supporting large or complex programs
Proven professional approach to engaging and managing relationships with business stakeholders at all levels
Experience in Financial Services, ideally General Insurance
Knowledge of risk management principles
Experience providing education, coaching or communications
Experience producing and maintaining online content
Experience developing templates for a range of change and communications activities
Ability to document complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
Ability to plan and self-direct work
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline (desirable)
