Available Teams/Functions

Within the Global Automation Delivery Team, you can have the chance to join the A3 Team (Automation and Advanced Analytics) as an Automation Support Intern.

The Automation Support Intern will be part of our Global Automation Delivery team, focusing on maintaining, monitoring, and securing all automated processes to ensure seamless operations. The intern will work closely with automation team colleagues across the globe, IT infrastructure teams, and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address any issues that arise and ensure the smooth execution of automated business processes. The successful candidate will primarily focus on supporting bots developed using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology.

Additionally, the Automation Support Intern will analyze errors in automated processes, collaborate with developers to fix bugs, and ensure bots function correctly. They will generate performance reports on bot activities to provide insights to the development team and identify areas for improvement.

About You

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You are proactive, energetic, have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with much initial support.
• You are well-organized and you have strong communication skills.
• You can work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are interested in technology and analysis.
• A basic understanding of automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a plus.
• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
• You are interested in developing your skills in the area that we offer and want to kick start your career in the corporate environment.
• You have familiarity with the MS Office suite.
• You are available at least 20 hours/week.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
• Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
