Requires an associate degree and 3-5 years of training experience, including virtual facilitation and supervisory roles. Candidates must be proficient in adult learning theory and Microsoft Office tools.

Role Overview:
Humach is seeking a Training Manager to lead new hire, cross-training, refresher, and professional development programs. This role oversees training facilitators, partners with leaders across the organization to identify training needs, and drives continuous improvement in training effectiveness, content, and delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in virtual facilitation, coaching, and adult learning principles, with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates who currently reside in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, Michigan, and Minnesota.
