Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to improve customer experience based on NPS feedback and ensure the closing of the feedback loop. Identify common customer pain points to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence across branches and contact centers.
Requires a completed bachelor's degree and advanced English proficiency. Desirable qualifications include experience with Agile methodologies and Customer Journey Mapping.
Responsable de coordinar grupos de trabajo interdisciplinarios, para mejorar la experiencia del cliente, basándose en la retroalimentación proporcionada en las encuestas de NPS y trabajar con la red de sucursales, Centro de Contacto y responsables de journeys para cerrar el ciclo (CLF)
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control environment, etc.)
Coordinar grupos de trabajo con los expertos de diferentes áreas para analizar los comentarios de los clientes e identificar las acciones a implementar para mejorar su experiencia
Trabajar con los equipos para garantizar el adecuado cierre de ciclo de NPS, dando seguimiento a las métrica y acciones para solucionar cualquier tema que los clientes tengan pendiente
Identificar las causas comunes de problemas entre los clientes para implementar acciones que eviten la recurrencia
Leadership & Teamwork
Coordinación de grupos interdisciplinarios de trabajo
Negociación con áreas de IWPB, otras líneas de Negocio y funciones Centrales (Compliance, Legal, etc)
Presentación de resultados en Foros con Head de IWPB y miembros de su ExCo
