The Producer is responsible for building and executing a personal sales plan to drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building. They conduct risk reviews and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions and maintain long-term client advocacy.
The role requires an entrepreneurial individual capable of managing a sales pipeline and negotiating complex coverage with carriers. Candidates should possess strong networking skills and the ability to stay current with emerging insurance risks and market developments.
