The shuttle driver is responsible for transporting hotel guests to and from the property while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Additional duties include assisting guests with luggage, performing basic vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness of the entrance and bell carts.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work flexible shifts, including early Sunday mornings, are required.
As the Shuttle Driver you are the first and last impression of the hotel. Your customer service is very important as you provide transportation to and from the property. You must be able to have flexible availability and be able to work early morning shifts on Sundays, 3:45 start time. Other shifts are flexible based on needs of the hotel. You must have a clean driving record for 3 years previous to hire and must maintain a clear driving record during employment.
Drives company van to transport guest by performing the following duties:
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.
The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
