About the role

We are hiring for our second Commercial Account Executive to help grow the Commercial business across the French region.

You will help grow the Commercial business in your market by building strong relationships, creating new logo momentum, and working closely with partners and the wider team to expand Horizon3’s reach.

We are looking for experienced sellers who enjoy building. They should be proactive, thoughtful, and comfortable helping markets develop. They should carry the story well, build trust with customers and partners, and help turn ambition into market presence, new logo growth, and long-term opportunity.

How we work

Our Commercial team comes together in the Amsterdam hub to collaborate, learn from each other, and build community around the Commercial business.

At the same time, we work for and in our local markets. That means staying close to customers, partners, and market activity. Travel in-region is part of the role.

In each market, the Commercial seller, Enterprise seller, Partner Manager, Sales Engineer, and Commercial leader may report into different leaders, but they share collective responsibility for helping the market work well and for making Horizon3 successful in the region.

What you will do

• Grow the Commercial business in your assigned markets through strong customer engagement, partner collaboration, and good market execution

• Create new logo momentum and build pipeline in a way that fits the local market

• Build and manage opportunities with good judgement, clear ownership, and strong follow-through

• Work closely with partners, distributors, MSSPs, Enterprise sellers, Partner Managers, and Sales Engineers to help the market work well

• Contribute to partner and territory plans and help turn those plans into action

• Work across Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and leadership to move business forward

• Bring useful market feedback back into the business

• Represent Horizon3 well with customers and partners

• Keep building your capability, product knowledge, and commercial effectiveness over time

Success in this role is about helping the market grow and contributing to a strong Commercial motion in-region.

• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams

• Manage opportunities well and help move business forward with consistency and ownership

What we are looking for

We are looking for experienced Commercial sellers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and helping build markets.

Strong candidates will bring:

• More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales

• Experience in Commercial or mid-market sales, ideally in more than one market or in a regionally complex environment

• Confidence working with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and cross-functional teams

• Good commercial judgement and the ability to navigate opportunities with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

• Strong ownership, follow-through, and comfort with visibility and accountability

• Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to keep learning and improving

• Comfort working in a scaling business where structure is still being built

• Native-level fluency in French, plus strong English

• A proactive, builder mindset: someone with a point of view who stays close to the market, works well with customers, partners, and the wider team, and looks for better ways to increase reach, efficiency, and impact
