We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Front-end Web Development Supervisor to join our fast-paced Web Development team. Reporting to the Front-end Web Development Team Leader, you will combine hands-on front-end development with team leadership, mentoring developers across all seniority levels while ensuring high technical standards and a collaborative team culture.
BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field.
6+ years of experience in front-end web development, including at least 2 years in a technical supervisory or technical coordinator role.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience mentoring developers across different seniority levels.
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and the React lifecycle.
Solid understanding of Next.js features such as routing, API routes, middleware, and performance optimization.
Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling methodologies (e.g., CSS Modules, Tailwind, SCSS).
Familiarity with headless CMS integration and SEO best practices for web apps.
Basic working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP or Python.
Understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile workflows.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern development workflows is considered an advantage.
