Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kaufmännischen Teams mit vier Mitarbeitenden
Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Auftragsmanagement, Kundenbetreuung, Abrechnung und Fahrerabfertigung
Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Abstimmungstermine
Erstellung der monatlichen Kundenabrechnungen im Multi-User-Betrieb
Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Inventuren
Verantwortung für das Bestellwesen von Verbrauchsmaterialien des operativen Lagerbetriebs
Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen und Kostenstellenzuordnungen
Verhandlung und Betreuung von Lieferantenverträgen, insbesondere im Bereich Verpackungsmaterialien und KEP-Dienstleister
Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in der Kontraktlogistik, Lagerlogistik oder Spedition
Verständnis für operative Lager- und Logistikprozesse
Sichere Entscheidungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Priorisierungsvermögen
Klare, souveräne und kundenorientierte Kommunikation – auch in anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen
Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltungssystemen, idealerweise LFS V6 oder V8
