The Assistant Distribution Center Manager leads warehouse personnel to ensure safety, quality, and operational goals are met. They are responsible for managing the department budget, site infrastructure, and fostering a culture of servant leadership.
Candidates typically require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience. Proficiency in SAP, administrative software, and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years in a management role, with direct and indirect reports
1+ years of experience in a high volume distribution center
Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement while driving performance.
Administration Experience (Workday/Kronos)
SAP Operating System Experience, proficiency with MS Excel and reporting.
Responsible for leading the distribution personnel as a team to ensure all safety, quality, packaging, receipt and shipment standards, and operational goals are attained.
