Duties and Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Content Creation

  • Use AI tools to generate first-draft marketing content, social posts, campaign copy, email marketing drafts and website content drafts.
  • Create and refine content using advanced prompting techniques while ensuring outputs remain accurate, professional and on-brand.
  • Maintain reusable AI prompt libraries, examples and content workflows.
  • Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed before publication or external release.
  • Adapt content for different divisions, audiences and channels.

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Execute marketing campaigns across Accounting and Tax, Bookkeeping, Estate Planning, Software Innovation and Capital Raising / Investment.
  • Translate campaign direction into tasks, content drafts, scheduling plans and rollout actions.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain consistency of campaign messaging and ensure all outputs align with approved direction.
  • Support campaign launches, follow-up activity and repeatable marketing workflows.

Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Maintain the social media content calendar and publishing schedule.
  • Prepare, format and schedule approved social media content.
  • Assist with website content updates where required.
  • Ensure digital content is published accurately and consistently.
  • Coordinate with Admin Support for repeatable publishing tasks where appropriate.

AI Prompt Development & Optimisation

  • Develop, test and improve prompts for content creation, campaign drafting and marketing workflow support.
  • Create repeatable AI workflows that improve speed, quality and consistency of marketing output.
  • Document prompt frameworks so they can be reused and improved over time.
  • Work with the AI & Software Development Specialist where automation or system integration opportunities exist.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual marketing effort through AI-assisted processes.

Marketing Workflow Management

  • Maintain visibility of marketing tasks, deadlines, approvals and publishing status.
  • Coordinate approvals with the Director or Special Projects Manager before publication.
  • Ensure marketing work is organised, tracked and completed on time.
  • Maintain asset libraries, templates and content records.
  • Escalate delays, missing approvals or unclear instructions early.

CRM & Lead Nurturing Support

  • Maintain CRM lists, mailing lists and campaign audience segments where required.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows and client engagement sequences.
  • Assist with email marketing setup, formatting and scheduling.
  • Ensure records are accurate and follow-up tasks are clear.
  • Coordinate with Admin Support for database clean-up and list maintenance where appropriate.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track basic campaign performance, engagement, publishing cadence and lead source indicators.
  • Prepare concise reporting summaries for the Special Projects Manager and Director.
  • Identify content types or channels performing well or poorly.
  • Maintain simple metrics to support campaign improvement.
  • Flag issues or opportunities based on campaign data.

Cross-Division Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing content across all divisions so messaging remains consistent and aligned.
  • Gather required information from division leads or approved source material.
  • Ensure division-specific campaigns do not conflict or duplicate effort.
  • Support content planning for accounting, bookkeeping, estate planning, software innovation and capital raising.
  • Escalate unclear messaging or approval gaps to the Special Projects Manager.

Qualifications

  • ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent AI tools for AI-assisted content development and prompt workflows.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel is good to have.
  • Canva or equivalent design tools for marketing asset preparation.
  • Social media scheduling tools as adopted by the firm.
  • CRM, mailing list or email marketing platforms as adopted by the firm.
  • Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • Firm workflow and document management tools as required.
  • Significant experience in marketing operations, content production or campaign execution.
  • Advanced AI prompting experience, including ability to create reusable prompt frameworks and refine AI outputs.
  • Strong written English and ability to produce professional, accurate and audience-appropriate content.
  • Experience with social media scheduling, email marketing, CRM support and digital content workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccurate, generic or off-brand AI-generated content.
  • Ability to work independently in an offshore remote environment and communicate clearly with Australian-based stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting professional services, accounting, finance or advisory firms is desirable.
