Perform valuation appraisals of commercial properties to determine fair market value through on-site inspections and data collection. Provide expert testimony and conduct appraisal reviews for the Board of Revision, Board of Tax Appeal, and Court of Common Pleas.
Must be a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Ohio with experience providing testimony to support opinions of value. Requires strong analytical, communication, and computer skills along with the ability to perform field work.
