The consultant will facilitate EHR training for end users through various methods including in-person and virtual sessions. They will also support go-live readiness and onsite activities at hospitals and clinics to ensure successful system adoption.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of training experience, with specific knowledge of Oracle Health/Cerner EHR systems. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and travel up to 100% of the time.

The Training and Adoption Consultant will be responsible for supporting our client with their electronic health record (EHR) implementation. This position will help prepare end users for the new EHR through onsite facilitation of learning activities such as classroom instruction, computer-based training, scenario-based practice and hands-on coaching. Trainers position end users to acquire the knowledge and skills to effectively use their EHR systems and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the training lifecycle. The candidate will:
