You will support beneficiaries and healthcare professionals by managing inquiries via phone and email regarding policy coverage and reimbursements. Additionally, you will handle contract administration, including registrations, cancellations, and the processing of healthcare claims.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in the health sector and previous experience in customer service. You must be fluent in English and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
