Provide engineering support and conduct studies for rail projects, focusing on the design of high and low voltage power systems. Responsibilities include developing technical specifications, managing tenders, and overseeing site supervision and commissioning.
Requires knowledge of Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in high and low voltage reticulation schemes. Experience with railway environments and D.C. traction systems is specifically required.
You will provide engineering support for projects as well as engineering studies supported and undertaken by the Division. You will be involved in designing high voltage power systems, railway traction power systems including overhead conductor rail system and low voltage reticulation schemes; developing technical specification; preparing and participating in tenders new rail projects and asset replacement works; handling site supervision, testing and commissioning as well as reviewing technologies rail infrastructure/ applications.
