Oversee systems relating to foreign vehicle permits by reviewing processes and proposing improvements. Lead digital transformation projects from tender specification and budget management to final delivery and operational support.
Requires a degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering or computer science, with at least 3 years of experience managing complex system projects. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic 24/7 operations environment.
You will be part of a team to oversee the systems relating to foreign vehicle permits matters. You are required to review existing system processes and business rules and propose changes to improve the systems regularly. You will also work on new digital transformation projects, hence having a wide interest in technology and strong knowledge of latest market practices and trends will be an advantage.
As part of project implementation, you will be required to develop solutions, justify project viability, prepare tender specifications, evaluate tenders, manage budgets and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the projects.
You will also be involved in handling customers’ feedback and manage a 24/7 operations environment.
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
