Conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions and design results-driven workout programs for clients. Actively engage gym members to convert assessments into long-term clients while maintaining professional brand standards.
Requires a nationally recognized personal training certification, current CPR/AED certification, and at least one year of coaching experience. Candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends and possess strong professional communication skills.
