The personal trainer is responsible for coaching 1-on-1 sessions, programming results-driven workouts, and actively engaging members on the gym floor. They must also build strong client relationships, track progress, and convert fitness assessments into long-term clients.
Candidates must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification and a current CPR/AED certification. A minimum of one year of coaching experience and the ability to work evenings or weekends are required.
