Responsible for planning and forecasting sales volume while maintaining full custodianship of store stocks and assets. This includes conducting month-end inventories, monitoring aging stocks, and coordinating deliveries to ensure sufficient stock levels.
The candidate must be able to manage physical inventory counts, update tracking systems like MTPOS, and follow FIFO policies. Ability to forecast stock requirements based on price bulletins and manage delivery documentation is essential.

Physically counts manual accountable forms with signature
Counts available stocks, matches it with previous day's stock count sheet and report discrepancies, if any
Monitors aging stocks
Issues correct stocks and assigns to specialist via MTPOS
Updates the team on status of inventory items
Ensures sufficient inventory stock level to avoid stock out
Coordinates with other custodians to source out customers' required stocks
Follows the FIFO (first in, first out) policy when getting/assigning stocks
Updates SIR upon every issuance of stocks to specialists
Performs physical count of stocks delivered and matches details with delivery documents
Accepts delivery of items by signing GTS (delivery receipt) in the presence of the courier
Updates receipt of delivery items in MTPOS
Forecasts store's stock level requirement of inventory items for selling based on price bulletin/hero offers
Triggers request of needed inventory items
