What impact can you make in this role?
You will sit at the heart of GIC’s Front Office, keeping the mission-critical trading and investment platforms, our portfolio managers, traders, and analysts depend on running flawlessly. As a hands-on Production Support Engineer (SRE), you will be empowered to operate at the top of your game—providing strategic partnership and innovative, technology-driven solutions that advance GIC’s vision of being a tech-driven, global, long-term investment firm. This is a role for a true go-getter who thrives under pressure, takes ownership, and turns high-stakes incidents into opportunities to strengthen our resilience.
What will you do as a Production Support Engineer?
Front Office hands-on support: Provide hands-on L1 and L2 support in a follow-the-sun model—working in close partnership with the team in Singapore—for Front Office applications and platforms spanning Portfolio Management, Order and Execution Management (OMS/EMS), Trading Lifecycle, Investment Workflows, and Research and Analytics.

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package to attract and retain talent globally. We pay for performance, and reward sustainable results.
Total pay for this position comprises base pay and bonus. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $190,000. Bonuses, which may form a meaningful proportion of the total pay package, are determined based on company and individual performance.
