The associate will contribute to the development of investment strategies for European real estate markets and source new investment opportunities. They will also independently design underwriting models, coordinate transaction execution, and support asset management activities.
Candidates must have relevant real estate or M&A transactional experience and strong financial modelling skills. A strong academic background or equivalent practical experience is required, along with an understanding of complex financial structures.
