The analyst provides support to the billing team by researching and settling work-in-progress and on-account inventories for partners. They are responsible for monitoring aging reports, coordinating write-offs, and collaborating with finance and pricing teams to resolve complex billing matters.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required along with at least two years of experience in legal billing, pricing, or finance. Candidates must possess strong technology skills, particularly in MS Excel, and the ability to communicate complex fee agreements.

The Central Billing function strives to provide outstanding service to the Firm’s partners, clients, and others within the Firm; therefore, the candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality, customer service, teamwork, and supporting Firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment.
Based in Los Angeles, Orange County, New York, or Washington D.C., the Finance & Accounting Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Billing team.
This role reports to the Legal Finance Operations Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $70-95k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
