The Lateral Recruiting Manager develops and executes national hiring plans for key practice groups while advising leadership on resource pipelines. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and monitoring performance.

Based in New York, the Senior Lateral Recruiting Manager will support lateral attorney recruiting across the firm. The role will analyze needs, monitor all of our office markets, and serve as a direct advisor to our practice group leaders as we build our firmwide practice resources and pipelines. Qualified candidates should have experience with lateral attorney recruiting, must exhibit professionalism in all interactions (at all levels), and must have an interest in creative and novel approaches to cross-geography recruiting and staffing.
This role reports to the New York Director of Recruiting, works closely with our Chief Recruiting Officer, and will oversee our Lateral Recruiting Coordinator.
Gibson Dunn will consider for employment qualified Applicants with Criminal Histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of local law.
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $190-225k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
