Manage and resolve complex workers compensation lost time and indemnity claims through investigation and analytical decision-making. Coordinate with claimants and clients to ensure effective communication and adherence to statutory and corporate policies.
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of related claims experience. Candidates must be appropriately licensed or certified in VA, DC, and MD and possess proficiency in claims business software.
