Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess strong customer service skills with previous call center experience. Proficiency in multitasking across multiple computer applications and a reliable internet connection are required for this on-site role.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting members applying for Medicaid services through the member portal in English and Spanish . Their responsibilities will be to provide friendly and general technical support to the callers as they navigate through the online application and assist with user/password resets.

The pay range for this position is $35,360.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
