You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support our growth goals and amplify our brand across the CMMC and defense contractor community. • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B software or technology company.
• I strong desire for developing high impact creative assets across digital, print and interactive elements.
• Hands-on experience with event marketing, webinars, content creation, and social media.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and how they can accelerate creative and marketing work.
• Strong writing and communication skills — you can adapt your voice to fit the audience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Creative thinker who loves generating ideas and turning them into action.
• Responsive, proactive, and dependable — your team can count on you.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift.
• Willingness to be in our Baltimore office at least 2+ days per week.
