Supervise maintenance personnel and repair operations for the motor coach fleet across three locations to ensure operational excellence. Coordinate with safety and purchasing departments to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requires a CDL-P endorsement, a State Inspection License, and management experience. Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED, though a Bachelor's degree or trade school is preferred.
Description
Position is responsible for supervising the maintenance personnel and repair operation of the division’s motor coach fleet and other company vehicles ensuring the fleet is kept in a state of operating excellence to safeguard that the vehicles present no problems or interruptions to operations. Fleet operations, maintenance, safety, and purchasing shall meet on a regular basis to guarantee interruption free service and to be in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
