Requires 12+ years of experience in global benefits or total rewards within a Fortune 500 or complex multinational organization. Must have a proven track record in financial management, compliance, and leading benefits considerations for M&A and global expansion.

As Vice President, Global Benefits, you will lead the strategy, governance, and effectiveness of Fiserv’s global benefits and wellbeing function. You will work closely with regional leaders and partners across Finance, Legal, Risk, Tax, and Human Resources (HR) to strengthen consistency, scalability, and compliance across programs. Your leadership will help ensure benefits offerings remain competitive, financially sustainable, and aligned to business and workforce needs globally.
