Serve as the primary liaison for ACH operations, managing escalations and ensuring compliance with rules and guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments like Legal, IT, and Fraud to oversee daily operations and support merchant processing initiatives.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and proven experience in operations management, specifically within financial or banking services. Must have a strong understanding of ACH processes and familiarity with Fiserv channels such as Clover and Enterprise.

You will serve as the primary liaison for ACH operations, rules, guidelines, channel, client, and bank issues management. This role requires you to manage escalations, oversee daily operations, and coordinate support for initiatives and projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for both internal and external partners.
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
