Facilitar el acceso oportuno y sostenible a las tierras necesarias para el desarrollo de las actividades mineras de la compañía, con la finalidad de cumplir los objetivos estratégicos orientados a la expansión y sostenibilidad de sus operaciones, optimizando el uso de los recursos y minimizando los riesgos.
Responsabilidades principales
Diseñar y dirigir la implementación de la estrategia integral de acceso a tierras, tanto a nivel de portafolio como por proyecto, asegurando su alineamiento con los estándares y objetivos corporativos, las estrategias del área de Sostenibilidad y de Asuntos Legales y Acceso a Tierras, así como con las demás áreas de la compañía.
Planificar, supervisar y ejecutar los procesos de acceso a tierras, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna y adecuada de terrenos para el desarrollo de los distintos proyectos de la compañía.
Liderar las negociaciones y formalizar acuerdos y contratos con comunidades campesinas, propietarios individuales y otros actores, asegurando procesos transparentes, trazables y alineados con los principios corporativos de integridad y respeto.
Identificar, evaluar y mitigar los riesgos legales, sociales y reputacionales asociados a los procesos de acceso a tierras mediante la implementación de planes preventivos, análisis de riesgos y otras acciones estratégicas que aseguren una gestión responsable y alineada con los estándares corporativos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa nacional vigente, así como de los estándares, políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, incluyendo controles anticorrupción, debida diligencia social, gestión documental y políticas de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
Coordinar con el área de Asuntos Legales y Acceso a Tierras la elaboración y presentación de informes de gestión al Comité de Tierras y a la Alta Dirección, consolidando información sobre planificación, ejecución, costos, riesgos y avances frente a los hitos críticos de los proyectos.
Contribuir a la gestión de conflictos internos y externos relacionados con el área, participando activamente en su resolución y en la articulación con autoridades locales, regionales y nacionales, promoviendo soluciones sostenibles y fortaleciendo relaciones de confianza con los grupos de interés.
Integrar prácticas de sostenibilidad ambiental, responsabilidad social y buen gobierno corporativo en todas las actividades de gestión de tierras.
Supervisar el control financiero de los procesos de acceso a tierras, asegurando una adecuada planificación presupuestal, el seguimiento riguroso de la ejecución y la acreditación y registro oportuno de pagos y desembolsos, conforme a las políticas de la compañía.
Participar en la planificación y brindar soporte a los procesos de reubicación y traslado de los actuales propietarios afectados por los proyectos, asegurando una gestión ordenada y alineada con los compromisos sociales y legales de la compañía.
Titulado y colegiado (habilitado) en Derecho, Ingeniería Forestal, Antropología, Ciencias Sociales y/o carreras afines.
Especialización deseable en Manejo de Recursos Naturales, Desarrollo Territorial, Gestión Social, Gestión de Acceso a Tierras y/o Gestión de Proyectos.
Postgrado y/o maestría deseable en Finanzas Aplicadas e Inversiones, Administración de Empresas (MBA) o disciplinas afines.
Mínimo 12 años de experiencia en funciones y/o posiciones similares.
Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel intermedio.
Deseable dominio del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.
Licencia de conducir categoría A1 con más de cinco años de antigüedad.
Conocimiento de criterios ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), incluyendo prácticas de sostenibilidad, responsabilidad social y buen gobierno corporativo.
Conocimientos en PMO (Project Management Office), incluyendo planificación, gestión, evaluación y seguimiento de proyectos.
Conocimiento de leyes y regulaciones relacionadas con la propiedad y el acceso a tierras.
Conocimiento de normas y lineamientos internacionales relacionados con el acceso, uso y adquisición de tierras.
Conocimiento de la industria minera y de sus procesos de desarrollo de proyectos.
