The role focuses on creating digital graphic content for social media and institutional campaigns, with a 70% focus on design and 30% on audiovisual support. Responsibilities include designing posts and stories, ensuring brand consistency, and providing event coverage through photography and video.
Requires at least 3 years of experience in digital graphic design within corporate or agency environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic to intermediate English is expected, along with a degree in design, communication, or multimedia.

Buscamos un/a Content Creator con fuerte enfoque en diseño gráfico digital, orientado/a a la creación de contenido visual para redes sociales y plataformas digitales.
Esta posición tiene un 70% de enfoque en diseño gráfico y un 30% en apoyo a contenido audiovisual, por lo que es ideal para perfiles cuyo fuerte sea el diseño, pero que también cuenten con nociones de fotografía y video para cobertura de eventos o apoyo en campo cuando sea requerido.
El rol forma parte del equipo de Comunicaciones y Relaciones Públicas, apoyando campañas institucionales, comunicación interna y presencia digital de la compañía.
Diseñar piezas gráficas para redes sociales y plataformas digitales (posts, stories, campañas, formatos digitales).
Adaptar contenidos visuales a diferentes plataformas (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, entre otras).
Apoyar en el desarrollo visual de campañas de comunicación institucional y corporativa.
Participar en la conceptualización creativa de contenidos digitales.
Apoyar de forma complementaria en:
Cobertura de eventos,
Fotografía y video,
Edición básica de material audiovisual.
Asegurar coherencia con la identidad visual y lineamientos de marca.
Trabajar de forma colaborativa con el equipo de comunicaciones.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en:
Diseño gráfico digital,
Creación de contenido visual para redes sociales,
Entornos corporativos, agencias o freelance.
Experiencia en diseño para plataformas digitales (no editorial).
Diseño gráfico (requisito clave)
Dominio de herramientas como:
Photoshop

Conocimientos en herramientas de edición de video como:
Premiere

Experiencia básica en fotografía y/o video.
Formación académica en diseño gráfico, comunicación, multimedia, audiovisual o afines (no excluyente si cuenta con experiencia).
Inglés básico a intermedio
Personas con fuerte orientación a diseño gráfico digital.
Perfil creativo, proactivo y con iniciativa.
Capacidad de proponer ideas y soluciones visuales.
Flexibilidad para apoyar en actividades audiovisuales cuando sea necesario.
