Planificar e implementar la estrategia de desarrollo sostenible de Minera La Granja, asegurando el diseño, ejecución, seguimiento y evaluación de programas e iniciativas que contribuyan al desarrollo territorial sostenible, fortalezcan las relaciones con los grupos de interés y generen valor compartido para las comunidades y el proyecto.
Asimismo, será responsable de supervisar la gestión de organizaciones sin fines de lucro y otros socios implementadores, garantizando el uso eficiente de los recursos, el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos y la adecuada gobernanza de los programas.
Planificar e implementar la estrategia de Desarrollo Sostenible del proyecto, alineada con los objetivos corporativos y los compromisos sociales de la empresa.
Identificar oportunidades para promover el desarrollo económico local, el fortalecimiento institucional y la mejora de los medios de vida de las comunidades.
Liderar el diseño, implementación y monitoreo de programas de desarrollo sostenible en coordinación con las áreas internas y actores externos.
Supervisar la gestión técnica, administrativa y financiera de organizaciones sin fines de lucro, asociaciones, fundaciones u otros socios implementadores.
Administrar presupuestos significativos destinados a programas sociales y de desarrollo, asegurando un uso eficiente, transparente y orientado a resultados.
Definir indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), monitorear resultados e implementar acciones de mejora continua.
Representar a la empresa ante autoridades nacionales, regionales y locales, organizaciones de la sociedad civil, organismos de cooperación, instituciones académicas y otros grupos de interés.

Título profesional en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración, Ciencias Sociales, Desarrollo Rural, Sociología, Antropología o carreras afines.
Deseable maestría o estudios de posgrado en Desarrollo Sostenible, Gestión de Proyectos, Responsabilidad Social, Administración Pública o disciplinas relacionadas.
Mínimo 10 años de experiencia profesional.
Al menos 7 años de experiencia liderando programas de Desarrollo Sostenible o Desarrollo Territorial en empresas mineras de gran escala.
Experiencia comprobada en proyectos mineros durante las etapas de exploración avanzada, factibilidad, construcción u operación.
Deberá especificar en su hoja de vida los proyectos mineros en los que ha participado, indicando el rol desempeñado, la empresa y las principales responsabilidades.
Experiencia demostrada en el diseño e implementación de programas de inversión social, desarrollo económico local, fortalecimiento de capacidades, desarrollo productivo y gestión de alianzas.
Experiencia en la gestión, supervisión y fortalecimiento de organizaciones sin fines de lucro (ONG, asociaciones, fundaciones u organizaciones similares).
Experiencia administrando presupuestos relevantes y asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, indicadores y resultados.
Experiencia interactuando con organismos públicos, organismos internacionales y entidades de cooperación es altamente deseable.
