As the Regional Talent, Capability and Inclusion Manager, you will lead an integrated agenda that strengthens organisational performance and enables future business success across Alcoa’s Australian operations. Based in our Perth corporate office, you will partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners and global HR Centres of Excellence to identify workforce and leadership requirements, address critical capability and succession needs, and translate business priorities into impactful talent, leadership, organisational capability and workforce development strategies.
