The Integration Specialist is responsible for onboarding newly acquired clients by running technical discovery and deploying core MSP tools. They ensure environments are secure, documented, and smoothly transitioned to the service delivery team.
Candidates should have experience in MSP or systems administration with strong knowledge of RMM, backup, and security tools. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to document complex environments clearly are essential.

We’re looking for an Integration Specialist to help bring newly acquired businesses and clients into the First Focus environment. You’ll work across systems discovery, tool deployment, documentation, migrations, monitoring, and Go-Live readiness, basically helping turn “newly acquired technical mystery box” into “supported, secure, visible, and not held together by one heroic spreadsheet.”
You’ll need strong working knowledge of core MSP systems like RMM, antivirus, monitoring, backup, documentation platforms, remote access tools, and secure credential management. You’ll also need the calm, practical mindset of someone who can look at a tangled environment and say, “Right, let’s make this boring,” which in IT is a compliment of the highest order.
